“The Chosen,” a well-liked Christian television series shot in North Texas, is coming to the big screen.

Nearly $150 million was gathered through crowdfunding, and Lionsgate is currently the series’ distributor.
There is a sizable global fan base for the first multi-season program based on Jesus’ life.
The “The Chosen” app, which is accessible on all devices, and Amazon Prime Video are two of the platforms where viewers may watch the series.
“The Last Supper,” the fifth season, delves into Jesus’ final days.
Three installments of season five will be available: The first two episodes of part one will be available on March 28. Part two, which includes episodes three, four, and five, will be available on April 4.
