A Man From Wisconsin Was Caught for Driving While Drunk, Which is His Fifth Offense

NEW BARABOO, Wis. – A 44-year-old man from Wisconsin was arrested late Saturday night for reportedly driving while drunk. This was his fifth offense.

The Sauk County Sheriff’s Office says that an officer stopped a car near Lake Street and Center Street in the City of Baraboo just before 11:30 p.m.

During the stop, the driver, whose name was Forrest Pickett III, showed signs of being impaired. Pickett was nabbed for driving while drunk after he failed a field sobriety test.

Charges of running after revocation and ID tampering/failure to install were sent from the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office to the Sauk County District Attorney’s Office along with OWI charges.
