Little Rock, Arkansas – Police in Little Rock say they are looking for a man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting at an apartment complex on Thursday morning.

Little Rock police say Jerry Jerome Bowser Jr. is wanted in connection with the shooting at the Chenal Place Apartments on Reservoir Road.

According to Little Rock dispatch, officers arrived at the site around 11:15 a.m. When cops arrived, they reported finding a woman dead with obvious gunshot wounds.

Bowser is charged with capital murder.

This is the fourth shooting in the city for the week of January 27, and the ninth documented homicide in 2025.
