An Amber Alert has been made for a pregnant teenager from Wisconsin. Police think she is with a 40-year-old man who is the father of her baby.
The alert, released on Monday, states that 16-year-old Sophia Martha Franklin is three months pregnant.
Gary Day, 40, is recognized as the father of the unborn child, as mentioned in the warning.
Franklin has a no-contact order against Day, as mentioned in the warning.
Day is facing charges of trying to lure and abduct a child, based on a criminal report that ABC News has received.
Franklin earlier told police she began speaking with Day online in April, according to the complaint, and later traveled with him to his home in Arkansas.

She was last seen at her home in Beaver Dam, which is about an hour northwest of Milwaukee, on Sunday night, according to the report.
Early Monday morning, Day was seen walking near the family’s home on surveillance footage, it says.
The Beaver Dam Police Department says that Day, who is thought to be driving a black Buick LaCrosse, has used different license plates. The car has been spotted with an Arkansas license plate BBR20L and a Pennsylvania license plate KGW5186.
Police want anyone who knows where Sophia is to call them at 920-887-4612 or the Amber Alert tip line at 888-304-3936.
